Consultation & Vision Design
We review your vehicle, color goals, gloss/satin/matte preferences, chrome delete details, and budget. Our design team creates high-resolution mockups for commercial wraps or stripe graphics.
Vehicle Preparation & Decontamination
Perfection requires a spotless canvas. We wash, clay bar, and alcohol-clean every panel to remove surface contaminants, tar, and wax ensuring maximum vinyl adhesion.
Precision Disassembly
We remove door handles, light housings, and emblem badges where appropriate to wrap edges deep into recessed channels—preventing peel points and giving a true factory paint appearance.
Master Vinyl Installation
Using knife-less tape and heat-controlled stretching techniques, our certified installers lay 3M or Avery Dennison vinyl smoothly across body curves without stress tension.
Post-Heating & Reassembly
Every vinyl recessed corner is post-heated to 180°F–200°F to set memory retention. All trim, lights, and handles are carefully reinstalled and function-checked.
Final Inspection & Client Delivery
Timothy Sheets personally conducts a multi-point quality audit under high-output shop lighting. You receive your transformed vehicle along with complete vinyl care guidelines.
